Lydia Brightling-Reed

Corporate Development Manager

Originally from Brighton, Lydia completed a BA in History of Art & English Language at the University of Leeds, before moving to London in 2012 to do a Masters in Creative & Cultural Industries at KCL. During this time she did internships and freelance work at the National Portrait Gallery and the Audience Agency.

Before joining Artichoke, Lydia worked in the development team for live music producers, Serious,  delivering major events such as the annual London Jazz Festival. She also sits on the Boards for Young Arts Fundraisers and Young People in the Arts, delivering monthly professional development opportunities for individuals at the outset of their arts careers.

Lydia loves the visual arts but also enjoys utilising London’s diverse cultural offering - especially when it involves a rooftop view. She also has an (un)healthy addiction to cheese and lip–balm.
