We’re delighted to announce that Lumiere has been shortlisted for Best Creative Lighting Event at the [d]arc awards.

After 16 years and nine editions, more than 120,000 visitors turned out to see the lights of Lumiere before they went out over Durham.
The UK’s light art biennial, produced by Artichoke and commissioned by Durham County Council, lived up to its 16-year reputation, combining thrilling large-scale spectacle with moments of intimacy and reflection.

Now it’s time to have your say… vote for us via darcawards.com/vote. Votes close on 20 March.

Note: As a peer-to-peer award, only independent lighting designers, light artists, interior designers, architects and product designers are eligible to vote in the [d]arc awards.
