Book Your Tickets for Lumiere Durham!

Lumiere runs from 17:00-22:00 each night from Thursday 13 November to Saturday 15 November. You will need a ticket to enter the controlled zone in Durham city centre and tickets should be booked in advance.

Tickets can be booked on the Lumiere website. All tickets will be subject to a booking fee of £1.50 per ticket.

There are four ticket slots per night:

17:00-18:00

18:00-19:00

19:00-20:00

20:00-21:00

You must enter Lumiere within your allocated time slot. Once you have entered the controlled zone you may stay as long as you like. There is no re-entry to the controlled zone. 

Remember that more than half the installations are outside the ticketed zone and can be visited at any time without a ticket.

This year’s Spotlight on County Durham is in Shildon, and will feature three exciting installations at Locomotion, open each night from 17:00–22:00. No tickets are required to visit the Spotlight on Shildon.
